Wow that flight was a long one and quite the adventure, we even heard the movie line "if there is a doctor on board please press your call light." Rebecca and I looked at each other with big eyes and watched and several people rushed to the front of the plain. Luckily nothing was wrong with the pilot and we arrived in Bangalore right on time. We had to wait about 45 minutes for our one bag that we checked and in the meantime realized we were at the new airport and not the old one that was twenty minutes away from our hotel. We ended up taking a pricey taxi to our hotel that was 45 minutes away and nervously held our breath and we cruised in and out of the lanes and cut off car after car. We dug for the seat belts in the back seat that looked like they had never been used, we were honored to be the first. As we neared the hotel we were disappointed, we had placed ourselves in the middle of a huge city with nothing nearby of interest. Oh well, really we were there to catch up on sleep before we started our adventure.
Catch up on sleep we did, we slept for 16 hours and messed up the time zone all over again. We did however have two days of the best continental breakfast ever and it made up for our poor choice of hotel and the fact that the room has a strong smell of moth balls. There are moth balls in all the drains and we thought about removing them but feared what they may be keeping away so have chosen to deal with it. After breakfast today we went up to the roof and took some fun pictures of the chaos going on down below. We thought about doing a tour of the city but decided we were still too exhausted to do much so decided to venture to the internet cafe instead to look for tickets on the train, bus or airplane to Chenni. Thus far we have been unsuccessful and still don't have a way out of here but don't fret, we'll find something. :)

Oh ya, I thought you all might be interested to see what India thinks of Obama, he's a super star here. Here is the headline, " Rosa Parks had to sit for Martin Luther Kind to March, King had to March for Barrack Obama to run, Obama had to run for our children to fly." No idea what that means but thought it was fun. All read the "Dark Knight in White House," wow not sure that was an okay thing to say.
